Advancement in technology & people's lifestyle has transformed
human life. Have it been entertainment, advertisement or the world
wide web, nothing was left untouched and the medium of transport
to commute is no exception! The increasing population and amount
of vehicles on roads have expedited petrol consumption, which has
accelerated the carbon mono oxide emission resulting in global warming.
I think government authorities should take this problem as precedence and
devise different strategies to alleviate this matter.
Firstly, sophisticated technological improvements have maneuvered various
alternatives to travel. As a result, dwellers germinate a propensity to own their
very own vehicles. This shift in trend has mounted additional pressure on the
environment. For example, according to a survey from India's Road transportation
department, in 2015, the overall number of private vehicles has dropped in numbers.
It has raised the bar of carbon emission in the country. Therefore, the government
should take action and devise steps to mitigate the issue.
Also, surplus utilization of petrol, gas, and other organic gases has imparted
nations' unprecedented strain. It can be corroborated by recent statistics of
India's petroleum import, which can be astounding 30% of the overall state's
gross domestic product. Thus, incumbency is on the authorities to envisage other
means of travel, such as battery-driven cars, to curb the fiscal issues in the aftermath
of excess gas utilization.
To sum up, it is correct that individuals would love to use their vehicles to sail but
owing to environmental threats and economic setbacks, the authorities need to
devise and create alternatives ways to sail.
