As we all know, KFC sells well and no bargain.Then,
can you open a branch of it,unauthorized,if you are en-
vious? No.you can't.You will be summoned to the court
because you've infringed upon KFC's intellectual proper-
ty.
There are mainly three kinds of intellectual proper-
ty, namely, copyright, patent and trademark right.
Knowledge is power.Social development has
enhanced people's awareness of intellectual property.
According to statistics from National Intellectual Property
Administration,from 2015-2020,there have been more
and more institutions engaged in intellectual property ser-
vices in China.By the end of 2020,the figure had
climbed to 73,000,doubling that of5 years ago,with a
total of over 865,000 employees working for such ser-
vices.
